“I responded to an ad for a different clinical study. Barb Jones (Research Nurse) steered me to this one, which better suited my situation. I appreciate the time she took to guide me. Liz (Receptionist) was always pleasant in this regard (setting up appt. times for the trials) and her reminder calls were helpful. Barb Jones and I established a very good relationship. She was always professional, but I could talk to her as a friend. I had many questions that were answered to my satisfaction by everyone I encountered. Dr. Davis was especially patient with me. I was impressed by the clean, modern, friendly environment (the quilts are a nice touch). The staff was professional and unrushed. ”
